What a year 2007 is going to be, so many milestones, 100 years of Scouting, 75 years since the first London Gang Show was staged, and here in Worthing we are celebrating the big 40. Yes our first show was in 1967. 

Tonight our Gang will entertain you with a mixture of numbers, not only traditional Gang Show, but all varieties of Stage entertainment. As we celebrate 40 years of Gang Show in Worthing, we are thrilled that many past “Gang” have joined our celebration in two very special numbers. The first one speaks for it self “The Original Cast” this time round the Butler does not need talcum power in his beard! “Den’s Gang” is the other number and features cast from the 1967 to 1993 era, we dedicate this number to Den Hudson our founder Producer who inspired Gang Show in Worthing during that period. 

It is a staggering thought that over 2000 Scouts & Guides from Worthing have “Trod the Boards” over the last 40 years, and we are very pleased that several of our Gang have progressed to professional carriers in Theatre, Film and Television. 

So now, we present the 2007 Gang who will entertain you for the next two hours. On behalf of us all on the production team, please enjoy the best of Worthing’s youngsters as they perform their 2007 “Gang Show”; Gee it’s a wonderful Life
